Clause 01

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering or using any part of the lb9 platform — whether through the website, mobile app or other devices — you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full, along with all related policies, including lb9's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the lb9 platform. Continued use following any amendment to the terms means you accept the latest version of the terms.

Clause 02

Account Eligibility

To register and use lb9 services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Register voluntarily in your own name and not at the request of another party.
• Not be an individual who has been excluded from using the platform for any reason.
• Use legitimate personal funds and not money obtained illegally.
• Not be located in a jurisdiction that specifically prohibits online gambling.

lb9 reserves the right at any time to verify user eligibility by requesting identification documents such as an identity card (MyKad), passport or other supporting documents. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

Clause 03

Account Registration and Verification

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at any one time. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of different usernames, devices or IP addresses — constitutes a breach of these terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including:

• Full name as shown in your official identification document.
• A valid and active email address.
• A mobile phone number registered in your name.
• Your exact date of birth.

lb9 reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason. An identity verification process (KYC — Know Your Customer) may be required before your first withdrawal can be processed.

You are fully responsible for ensuring that your account information is kept up to date. Outdated or inaccurate information may affect your ability to receive withdrawals or access customer support.

Clause 04

Deposits and Withdrawals

lb9 provides a range of payment methods suited to users in Malaysia. All transactions use Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR).

Supported payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to security review policies. lb9 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal deemed unusual.

Clause 05

Bonuses and Promotions

lb9 offers various promotions for new and existing members. Each promotion is subject to specific terms that must be read and understood before participating.

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible to receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of RM500. The wagering requirement is set at 15 times the bonus value — not the deposit value.

Wagering requirement calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering requirement: RM100 × 15 = RM1,500
• Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM500 (maximum limit) → Balance RM1,700 → Wagering requirement: RM500 × 15 = RM7,500

General conditions for all lb9 bonuses:

• Each promotion may only be claimed once unless stated otherwise.
• lb9 reserves the right to cancel any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraudulent activity.
• Bonus value cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned after the wagering requirements have been met can be processed for withdrawal.
• The validity period for each promotion is as stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• lb9 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time.

Clause 06

Game Rules

lb9 provides a range of game categories including slots, live casino, sports betting, poker and esports. Each category and individual game may have its own additional rules.

General rules applicable to all games on the lb9 platform:

• Results displayed by the lb9 system are final unless a verifiable technical fault has occurred.
• In the event of a connection disruption during a game session, lb9 is not responsible for losses resulting from technical issues on the user's end.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except under specific circumstances as defined by the game provider.
• lb9 reserves the right to void bets or cancel winnings obtained as a result of a technical error or system disruption on the part of the software provider.
• The use of any third-party software designed to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.

Clause 07

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance without any compensation:

• Registering or using more than one account.
• Using another person's information or a false identity during registration.
• Collaborating with other users to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities or bugs in the system to gain an advantage.
• Using unlawful funds or engaging in money laundering activities.
• Abusing the bonus programme through methods not intended by lb9.
• Directing any threats, offensive language or abusive behaviour toward the lb9 support team.

Clause 08

Account Suspension and Closure

lb9 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for the following reasons:

• The user violates any clause in these Terms and Conditions.
• The user provides inaccurate or false information during registration or the verification process.
• The user is suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Upon request by the relevant authorities.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the lb9 support team. For cases related to responsible gambling, lb9 provides a self-exclusion option that can be activated through the support team. Once excluded, users are not permitted to register a new account.

Any valid balance in an account closed at the user's request will be returned via the original payment method, subject to identity verification and any outstanding wagering requirements.

Clause 09

Limitation of Liability

lb9 provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding the continuity, accuracy or full security of the services provided.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, lb9 shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from technical disruptions, disconnections or system failures beyond lb9's control.
• Any anticipated profits not obtained as a result of service interruptions.
• Indirect, consequential or punitive losses under any circumstances.
• Any issues arising from third-party software or hardware used by the user.

lb9's total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the submission of the claim.

Clause 10

Amendment of Terms

lb9 reserves the right to amend, modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior consent from users. Each amendment takes effect immediately upon publication on the lb9 website.

lb9 will make reasonable efforts to inform users of significant changes via in-platform notifications or the registered email address. However, it remains the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Clause 11

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

lb9 operates under an international licence issued by a recognised regulatory body. These Terms and Conditions are interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which lb9 holds its licence.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions, or the use of the lb9 platform, shall first be resolved through confidential negotiation between the user and lb9. If negotiation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be referred to arbitration in accordance with the procedures established by lb9's licensing body.
